Pakistan Chest Society

2nd Quarterly CPC – 9th May 2026

Venue: Lecture Hall 1, Bahria University College of Medicine, Islamabad

The Pakistan Chest Society (Federal Chapter) successfully held its 2nd Quarterly Clinicopathological Conference (CPC) on 9 May 2026 at Bahria University College of Medicine, Islamabad. The event drew over 60 participants, including Heads of Departments, Consultants, Faculty, FCPS‑II trainees, and Medical Officers from PEMH Rawalpindi, Fauji Foundation Hospital, KRL Hospital, PIMS Islamabad, 

Shifa International Hospital, and other leading institutions.

About 15 First‑ and Second‑Year MBBS students from Bahria University actively facilitated and participated, reflecting the society’s commitment to academic engagement and mentorship.

Prof. Col. Muhammad Amir, Joint Secretary of PCS, facilitated the session.

• Guideline Update: Latest Pulmonary Embolism Guidelines by Maj. Mohsin Shakoor (Fellow, PEMH)
